Urban Country Organics "Gut Happy Massage Serum" has been created with a delicate blend of plant-based oils designed to help ease stomach discomfort by means of topical massage and deep breath inhalation.

Directions: Apply a few drops into the palm of your hands and rub together. Cup hands over nose and mouth and deeply inhale 3 times and then massage the oil in a clockwise direction over areas of discomfort or bloating on the stomach and abdomen.
