When used as a decongestant, deeply inhale the oil 3 times prior to massaging onto chest and back. This blend can also help to reduce the feeling of headaches.

Directions: Apply 2-5 drops of massage oil into the palm of your hand. Rub hands together, deeply inhale the scent of the oils 3 times and then gently massage onto the effected area.
